Oasis Art Studio

The Underground Art Studio at Oasis Center offers youth an opportunity to use creativity as a pathway for self-exploration, healing, community service and transformative justice. Our mission is to cultivate creative leadership within our youth to promote positive change in the Nashville community and beyond.

Supporters:

The Underground Art Studio at Oasis Center is funded by the William N. Rollins Fund for the Arts of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. We are also grateful to our business and community partners, including Jerry’s Artarama, Frist Center for the Visual Arts, and Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art. Metro jarNashville Arts Commission and Tennessee Arts Commission have also funded some of our special community art projects, including Where Are You Going?, an art & public transit project, and We Are Our Stories, a community mural project with youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
